Products available on this Site may include components that require professional expertise for installation and may have unintended effects if not fitted correctly, fitted in contravention of vehicle specifications, or if they modify a vehicle outside of legal requirements in your locality, state, or country.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polini Motors disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, in relation to this Site and the materials and products offered on this Site.
Polini Motors does not warrant that the functions contained on this Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Polini Motors makes no warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials on this Site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability, or otherwise. All items sold by Polini Motors are sold “As Is”. Use at your own risk.
4. Ordering and Payment
To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information during the checkout process. All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Payment for orders can be made using the payment methods accepted on our website. We reserve the right to refuse any order or payment at our discretion.
5. Typographical Errors and Product Presentation
Polini Motors does not guarantee the correct fitment or accuracy of photographs listed for any items sold. Fitment information and photographs may not be current and may contain errors or outdated information due to variations in scooter models based on production year, country of origin, modifications, etc.
Photographs displayed on the Site and any recommendations provided by Polini Motors based on information you provide are for reference purposes only and should not be considered definitive. It is your sole responsibility to verify the accuracy and suitability of the product for your specific application.
Polini Motors reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to incorrect product listings or pricing errors, even after order confirmation and payment processing. In the event of a cancellation where your credit card has been charged, a refund will be issued to your account as soon as practicable.
Images, information, and prices are subject to change without notice. Due to supply chain variations, the appearance of products may differ from the photographs displayed on the Site, while the functionality remains the same.
6. Delivery of Goods
Orders are generally processed for shipment within 24 hours of receipt. Orders received by 10:00 am AEST on a business day are typically shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm on Friday or on weekends/public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Polini Motors does not provide any guaranteed delivery timeframes. All parts are shipped from the address specified by Polini Motors unless otherwise indicated. A minimum shipping charge will apply to all orders. Actual shipping costs will be charged for most domestic and international orders.
Unless otherwise specified, domestic orders will be shipped via standard ground service at the discretion of Polini Motors, who reserves the right to select the most appropriate delivery method based on factors such as weight, delivery address, and delivery timeframe.
Expedited shipping options (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day) are available at an additional charge and must be requested at the time of order placement. Shipping charges are non-refundable for delayed packages, as these fees are paid to the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping insurance is not included unless specifically requested and added to your shipping charges. Additional postage will be charged for packages returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
7. International Orders
For international orders, you are solely responsible for any additional charges, duties, or taxes imposed by your country upon arrival. Polini Motors only collects the cost of shipping and will not mark items below the actual price or as gifts on customs documents.
If an international shipment is refused by the receiver, a refund or credit for the cost of the items will only be issued upon the return of the order to our shop, excluding all shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee. Any parts accepted for credit or refund must be in new condition and in the original packaging, so they can be re-sold as new. International shipments may experience longer delivery times due to customs processing. Polini Motors has no control over and cannot expedite this process.
8. Out of Stock Items
Items marked as "Out of Stock" will be shipped automatically upon restocking if requested by the customer, and additional shipping charges will apply. Payment for out-of-stock items will be processed at the time of order placement, and the items will be shipped when available. You may not receive prior notification before an out-of-stock item is shipped. While we strive to provide accurate estimated delivery dates for out-of-stock products, delays exceeding six (6) months may occur due to supplier and fulfillment factors.
9. Combining Orders
While we endeavour to accommodate requests for additions or subtractions to existing orders, we cannot guarantee these changes will be executed or that additional shipping charges will not apply. Due to our rapid order processing, changes to orders cannot be accepted after 2:00 pm AEST. Changes requested after this time will require a new order with applicable shipping fees.
10. Special Orders (SO)
Special order items are non-stocked items ordered specifically for you. Cancellation or refunds are not permitted on any special order items due to supplier restrictions. By placing a special order, you agree to purchase the item and acknowledge that it cannot be cancelled or returned. Delivery times for special order items may exceed six (6) months. Special order items will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt, and tracking information will be provided via email. You may not receive prior notification before the shipment of special order items.
11. Claims for Damage or Loss
Title to merchandise passes to you upon delivery to the common carrier. The carrier is responsible for delivery in good condition. All claims for damaged or missing parts must be filed directly with the carrier immediately. You must retain the original shipping box and shipping label to process a claim. Claims submitted without the original packaging might be denied by the carrier. Shortages or discrepancies must be reported to Polini Motors within two (2) days of receipt of the goods. An emailed copy of the checked invoice included with your order may be required for shortage claims.
12. Returns
Returns will only be accepted with prior written authorisation from Polini Motors. All return requests must be made within seven (7) days of receiving the order. No returns will be accepted after thirty (30) days from the date of receipt. You are responsible for all freight charges associated with returns and must provide a tracking number for your protection.
Returned parts must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for credit . Any parts accepted for credit must be in new condition and in the original packaging, so they can be re-sold as new. Approved returns will be credited to your account for the amount paid, less a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee may be waived if you opt for store credit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
The following items are NOT eligible for return: Used items, closeout items, all performance parts, all electrical items, tools, manuals, carburetors, helmets, and all special order items.
12. Performance Items
Performance parts are defined as any item designed to increase a vehicle's power or handling beyond the original manufacturer's specifications. These parts are intended for racing applications only and are not intended for use on public streets or highways. The use of performance parts can cause increased stress and wear on the vehicle and any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) to persons or property resulting from their use are your sole responsibility. Performance items are sold without any warranty and are non-returnable. Installation of performance parts may void the vehicle's original warranty. Use at your own risk.
13. Accessories
Accessories are defined as any item installed on a vehicle that is not specified by the original manufacturer. Certain accessories sold by Polini Motors may not be recommended for use on public streets or highways. These accessories will not be returnable for change of mind and/or unsuitability and illegality under your local laws.
14. Intellectual Property and Copyright
The entire content of this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, and code, is protected by copyright laws. Any unauthorised use, including reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission of the content of this Site, is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised by Polini Motors.
15. Governing Law
Your use of this Site and any dispute arising out of such use is subject to the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
16. Amendments to Terms

Polini Motors Mobile Terms of Service
The Polini Motors mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Polini Motors (“Polini Motors”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service and purchase constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law in New South Wales, Australia, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Polini Motors’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Polini Motors through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any applicable Australian Do Not Call Register. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, new product announcements, and other marketing offers (e.g., order updates, back-in-stock notifications).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases from Polini Motors, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Polini Motors. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to the Polini Motors designated number or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. Delivery times within Australia will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. As a general guideline, for standard shipping within Australia, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery from the date of shipment. Express shipping options, where available, will typically result in faster delivery times (e.g., 1-3 business days to major metropolitan areas). Please be aware that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, extreme weather conditions, or public holidays, may affect delivery times.
3. Shipping Costs (Within Australia):
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at the checkout before you finalise your purchase. We may offer free shipping on orders exceeding a certain value within Australia. If applicable, this option will be presented at checkout.
4. International Shipping:
Polini Motors may offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. These costs will be displayed at checkout. International delivery times vary significantly depending on the destination country and customs procedures. Please allow 7-21 business days or longer for international deliveries. Important Note for International Orders: Customers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country's customs regulations. Polini Motors Australia does not collect these fees and has no control over them. Please check with your local customs office for information on potential charges. We will not mark items below the actual purchase price or as "gifts" on customs declarations.
5. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your order online. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Insurance:
Standard shipping does not include shipping insurance. If you wish to insure your shipment against loss or damage during transit, you may be able to select and pay for shipping insurance at the checkout, if this option is offered. Polini Motors Australia is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping if insurance was not purchased.
7. Delivery Issues and Claims:

Polini Motors is not responsible for parcels that are left at the delivery address without a signature and are subsequently lost or stolen. If you prefer a signature upon delivery, please contact us before placing your order to inquire about signature-on-delivery options and any associated costs.

If you are returning a product for a refund that was paid for using Afterpay or Zip Pay or another vendor which charges fee to us, the merchant fee charged to the business will be deducted from your refund.
